These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Northwest Paddleboarding regarding your access and use of services available at northwestpaddleboarding.com, nwp.mvt.so and via any Northwest Paddleboarding mobile or other software application, including any downloadable software program that you are accessing or installing on your device or personal computer and the services available through that software program). These Terms shall be binding upon, any person or entity who purchases, activates, receives, uses, accepts, or otherwise accesses the Service.

I understand the risk of serious injury does exist and that participating in online paddleboarding lessons may not fully prepare me for the dangers of paddleboarding on the water. I acknowledge the potential for serious injury, including permanent or fatal injury. I am voluntarily using the services of Northwest Paddleboarding and I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation. I, the undersigned, agree to abide by Northwest Paddleboarding’s policies and agree to comply with all instructions of the guide in connection with participation in the activity, including wearing a personal floatation device while participating in this activity.

By participating in or attending any activity in connection with Northwest Paddleboarding, I consent to the use of any photographs, or video taken of me or provided by me for publicity, promotion, television, websites, or any other use, and expressly waive any right of privacy, compensation, copyright or other ownership right connected to the same.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby knowingly and intentionally waive and release, indemnify, and hold harmless Northwest Paddleboarding, their guide staff, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, volunteers, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event or activity with respect to any and all injury, disability or loss or damage to person or property, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By accessing our websites, enrolling in a course, or participating in any activity in connection with Northwest Paddleboarding, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found in a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Northwest Paddleboarding. I further represent that this Release of Liability, Waiver of Legal Rights, and Assumption of Risk shall continue in full force and effect for so long as I engage in any activities which are in any way connected to or with the released parties.

Under no circumstances will Northwest Paddleboarding or its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, partners, or affiliates be held liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on any information obtained through the Service.

Northwest Paddleboarding does not provide you with the equipment to use the Service. You are responsible for all fees charged by third parties to access and use the Service (e.g., charges by ISPs or mobile carriers).

Northwest Paddleboarding reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or a part of the Service without notice. Northwest Paddleboarding will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

You may view any Content contained in such purchased product or service for their own personal, non-commercial use, you have no other rights in or to the Content and you will not use the Content except as permitted under this Agreement. Northwest Paddleboarding retains all intellectual property rights, in and to the Content.
