Northwest Paddleboarding Sup fun

What It’s All About

This is a great event to come connect with like minded people and gives us all a reason to get on the water. Rentals are available for ages 6+.
If you have your own equipment you can join us for FREE and there is no registration required. Paddleboards and Kayaks are welcome!
You can paddle your heart out, lay down and take a nap, test out your yoga skills or go for a swim… whatever floats your board!
We will have obstacles set up for those brave enough to try.
Paddle Polo will also be set up for anyone who wants to join us for a game.

This summer we made the time to participate in a couple of community paddles with our own equipment. Friends joined, renting their boards, and are now hooked as well.

On Friday I went on the community paddle at Chiwana park, it was so much fun! A gal from Northwest Paddleboarding introduced herself and gave us instructions on what to do since it was our first time. She was very sweet and helped us out the entire time. I would definitely recommend this place, they are professionals, and offer great service to their customers.

I’ve had so much fun learning to paddleboard and paddling around with the fun women of Northwest Paddleboarding! They know the river well and have great tips for fun outings! I plan to enjoy more community paddles this summer!

Frequently Asked Questions

Two Rivers Park – We meet at the second entrance of the park, it is a large gravel parking lot that leads to an old boat dock blocked off by boulders.

If you are renting our equipment, we allow ages 6 and up. However, if you are attending with your own equipment all ages are welcome.

We use Glide SUP Lotus (10′ x 35″) boards in most of our classes and the weight limit is around 250 lbs. We do have boards available that hold up to 300 lbs, you are welcome to request a larger board and we will try our best to accommodate!

We suggest quick-dry clothing or swim wear with a cover up depending on the weather. You can wear flip flops or water shoes if you’d like but going barefoot is easiest for balance! There are bungee cords on the board to store your shoes and water bottle during class.
